After leaving school at fifteen and an apprenticeship in soft furnishing Cynthia married David and now has three children and seven grandchildren.

When she went back to work she took a different career path by going into office administration.  This has also enabled her to use those skills in several areas of voluntary work.

Cynthia is serving her second term as church secretary at Hearsall after also serving as a deacon.

Cythia says “It is a privilege to serve in this way. The help and strength that God, through my faith, gives me makes it possible.
Through Jesus, we learn how much God loves each one of us, and how unique and special we are to Him.  In His strength all things are possible”.
